1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Requests outside this period may not qualify unless applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Requesting a Return

Email service@neruak.com with your order number, the product, the reason, and relevant photos or video. Wait for approval before shipping.

• Unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and accessories included
• Proof of purchase from neruak.com
• Safely packaged for return transportation

4. Product Variations

Minor color, texture, pattern placement, finish, or measurement differences may occur because of screens, lighting, materials, or production methods. Material differences from the description will be reviewed as product issues.

5. Return Address

Do not send returns to our business registration address. Once approved, support will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Personalized products, gift cards, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, and products clearly marked final sale may be non-returnable. This does not remove rights relating to faulty, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Contact us promptly and keep the product and packaging. For a verified damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, we provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. We cover reasonable costs for verified product faults or merchant errors. No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.

9. Inspection and Refunds

After receipt and inspection, we notify you of approval or a documented eligibility issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank posting time may be additional.

10. Cancellation

Contact us promptly, preferably within 12 hours. Orders can be canceled only before fulfillment begins. No cancellation fee applies to a successful cancellation; after dispatch, the return procedure applies.
